For innkeepers who have to email somebody to change a price

Ask for the change. Approve it. It’s live.

A website and a content system for independent hotels. Describe what you want in a sentence, see exactly which fields move before anything goes out, and put it back with one click if you change your mind.

Chateau Loft Suite

1 king + sofa bedSleeps 3Two storiesStairs only

from $299

Two stories: a full living room downstairs, the king bed on the upper level, two HD televisions. Worth knowing before you book — this suite is reached by stairs and has no elevator access.

A recorded session. These are the three requests the editor was tested against, and the three answers it gave.

Nothing reaches your website without you

The interesting part of the demo is the two requests it turned down. An editor that will guess a date is an editor you have to check; this one is built so you don’t.

It fills in fields, not pages

Your site is made of typed records — rooms, rates, packages, policies. A request becomes a change to named fields. It has no way to write markup, so it has no way to break a layout.

You see the change before it happens

Every proposal arrives as a list of what moves and what it moves from. Approve it and it publishes. Discard it and nothing happened.

It asks when it isn’t sure

Vague request, missing date, a room it can’t find: it says so and writes nothing. It won’t invent a price or a policy to fill a gap.

Everything is reversible, and everything is signed

One click restores the previous version. Every change keeps who made it and when, so “when did the pet fee go up” is a question with an answer.

Or just click the thing you want to change

Your live site sits on the left of the editor. Click a price, a paragraph, a photo, and the field opens beside it. No hunt through a menu for the screen that owns it.

Everything your current dashboard does

We went through an incumbent hospitality CMS item by item. Most of it is here. Four things aren’t, on purpose — a shorter list of things that work beats a longer list of things that don’t.

Built

  • ·Rooms, rates and descriptionsTyped records, not free-text boxes.
  • ·Specials and packagesOffers hide themselves when they expire.
  • ·EventsRecurring dates, marked up so search engines can read them.
  • ·Enquiry forms and an inboxWith the notification going where you say.
  • ·PhotosUploaded, resized and hosted by us. Alt text required.
  • ·Places nearby and map guideTwenty-five, on a keyless map.
  • ·Documents, footer, message barEdited like everything else.
  • ·Staff accounts and accessOwner, manager, editor, agency.
  • ·RemindersExpiring offers, unread enquiries, drafts you left open.

Declined, with a reason

  • ×SEO landing pagesDoorway pages. Against Google’s own spam policy, and the opposite of what makes a site quotable.
  • ×Drag-and-drop page buildingIt removes the structure the AI edits and the preview depend on. Ask us for a new content type instead.
  • ×An analytics report inside the toolA worse copy of Google Analytics is not a feature. A link to the real one is.
  • ×Bookable prices typed by handYour booking engine owns the price. The site says “from”, so it can never quote a rate you aren’t selling.

Built for a second hotel from the first day

One account can hold several properties. Staff are scoped to the ones they work at, each property has its own domain, certificate and look, and no property can see another’s content — that boundary is enforced in the data layer and tested, not left to whoever writes the next screen.

Your domain, your certificate

Point the DNS when you’re ready. The tool reads the records back and names whatever is still missing.

Its own look

Each property gets its own type and colour. Sister hotels don’t have to look like siblings.

Legible to answer engines

Structured data, sitemap and a plain-text summary for AI search are generated from the same typed content, so they can’t drift from what the page says.

We do the build

We put the site together and hand you the keys. There is no blank canvas waiting for you on day one.

See it on your own site

Send us your website and we’ll load your rooms, rates and packages into the editor before the call. You spend the half hour changing your own site, not watching a slideshow about someone else’s.

We build each site and hand it over. There is no signup form, no free tier, and nothing to cancel.
